Service Description
We’re thrilled to offer our high-quality services no matter where you are! To ensure transparency, travel fees apply for bookings beyond 10 km from Glenhaven, NSW, which cover travel time, fuel, and related costs. Travel Beyond 10 km: $1.40 per km (return trip). $60 per hour (calculated in 15-minute blocks). Plus any parking costs. For Distances Over 70 km: $1.40 per km (return trip). $60 per hour. One night's accommodation (if necessary). Plus any parking costs. Additional Notes: If flights or other transport are required, extra costs will be covered by the client. Travel fees may apply per artist. Please note, these fees may apply per artist, and if more than one artist is required, we’ll discuss all costs upfront. We’re also happy to provide a customised quote for remote locations to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. We’re here to help make your big day seamless, no matter the location!
Cancellation Policy
Accurate Booking: Ensure you book the correct date, time, and location. Please provide the exact time you wish to be ready by, as this determines our scheduling. Incorrect date bookings will require you to re-book and pay a new deposit. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date and time are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. It is the client’s responsibility to review and ensure that all booking details, including the date and time, are correct. We encourage you to double-check this information to avoid any issues. Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the booking date require full payment of the remaining balance due to the limited availability of dates. Trial Sessions: Trial sessions are available and highly recommended to perfect your look before the big day. These can be booked separately. Travel Fees: Travel fees may apply for locations outside a specified radius. Please inquire for details. Changes to Booking: Notify us promptly of any changes to the booking, such as the number of people or appointment times. Additional fees may apply for late changes. Payment Methods: A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date in my calendar. Full payment is required prior to your Booking Day. Payment instructions will be provided during the booking process. Health and Safety: We follow strict health and safety protocols, sanitizing all tools and products. Please inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities in advance. Liability Waiver: By using our services, you accept a waiver releasing Ellie May and her team from liability for any adverse reactions. We use professional-grade products, but individual sensitivities can vary. Artist Replacement: If Ellie May is unable to attend your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, an equally skilled artist will be arranged to provide your hair and makeup services.
