Cancellation Policy
Group Makeup Class Policy Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 4 participants is required to book and run a group makeup class. If you have fewer than 4 people, please contact me to discuss potential options, as additional fees may apply. Booking and Payment: To secure your group makeup class, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total class fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the class date. Payment can be made via direct transfer, PayPal, cash or other payment methods as agreed upon during the booking process. Location and Setup: I offer the convenience of conducting the class in the comfort of your own home or a location of your choice. Please ensure that there is adequate space, good lighting, and seating available for all participants. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel the class, please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled class will forfeit the deposit, but no additional fees will be charged. Cancellations made within 7 days of the class will result in the loss of the deposit and may incur additional charges. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 7 days before the class. I will do my best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 7 days of the class may result in a fee. Artist-Initiated Cancellations: In the unlikely event that I need to cancel the class, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit, or we can reschedule at no additional cost. Late Arrivals: Please ensure that all participants arrive on time. If the class starts late due to late arrivals, the class may still need to finish at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other bookings. Health and Safety: Please ensure that all participants are in good health on the day of the class. If anyone is feeling unwell, please contact me to discuss options. If you or anyone in your group is sick, it's best to reschedule to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
